Great interview, thanks for posting. I worked part time at one of the Maryland outposts of BoG when I was in high school ( I know, I was a weirdo....) nice clothes, I like their style. The company had epic Chirstmas parties.

Hey SF dudes- where can I get a good braided leather belt? Brown with matte brass buckle like LLBean used to make before the quality started to fall off. Thanks!

Maybe O'Connell's, but their site is not working for me right now.

Second Anderson’s for belts, great quality. Also the Rake has some Italian makers, I picked up a think woven leather belt I’ve been very happy with.

Tried to sell a full canvas MTM suit to a friend for $200 (was $800). For the jacket, shoulders fit my friend fine and only needed sleeves to be taken in, but trousers needed work, not a surprise. After a few days he told me he could not take it because the trousers were not slim enough and had no belt loops (had side tabs). Hem was 6 and a ******* 1/4 inches and this guy was telling me they were not slim enough? :brick:

I prefer 7 to 7.5 inch hem now. Anyone know where I can get some trousers made with Dino Filarte fabrics in NYC? I might as well try to salvage the jacket since it is decent.

Bad location on that outside corner? Does anyone actually walk around window shopping at City Center and then actually purchase anything? Stuff is fairly high-end for an impulse buy.

Its a hard location to get to and the store pales in comparison to the nyc store. I’m not sure how the Sales Associates make a decent living given the lack of foot traffic and the high price point.

Loving this coat but it’s a bit pricey for something I want more than I need.

I ordered a similar Grenfell in gray from The Rake. Shoulders and sleeves fit TTS but the rest was like a circus tent. Batman could have used it as a cape. Returned it immediately:
