I’ll try tomorrow, though not sure if I’ll be able to. It was a fluke that one of the images for the look-book showed up on google images and I just changed around the numbers at the end of the URL and it started showing different looks.

I saw this short Q&A with Margaret Howell in Wallpaper the other day. A bit light, nothing revelatory. Funny that she wears Ecco shoes (usually she’s pictured wearing Nike shoes like the Air Max 90) and I did think this was interesting:

W*: What one piece of advice would you give for the next generation?

MH: Buy only what you really need.

When I read that, I thought: “Thanks Margaret, I guess I won’t be buying anything this season then!” 😛

Would love to see someone do a more in-depth interview with Margaret one day, there must be so much knowledge and experience to impart and I kind of think that these Q&As are a bit of a wasted opportunity.

Edwin for Margaret Howell 20th Anniversary, feature in Japan. Short video and interview. Interesting that she says, “I think the collaboration with EDWIN continues to be successful both in Japan and the UK” since they haven't sold anything from the Edwin collaborations in the UK since they discontinued the jeans and chinos last year. I wonder if that’s any indication that some of the above stuff will be released.

I like the denim jackets and I wouldn’t mind getting the chinos either.

Howell just had their 50th anniversary and Japanese Howell is already up to 20 years.

Hey all. I'm going to be in London for a bit in March. Does anyone have any recommendations for which Howell store(s) to check out? I'm interested both in seeing the new collection as well as any where past collections may be found at a discount.

Any other stores that rank high on people's list?
