Most mails are being replied to rather quickly, few mails have been stuck as we have not been able to coordinate the legwork(or head-work) those mails require for a reply.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the pair of cottons I received. Very flimsy, doesn't hold a crease and has an almost brushed texture, which seems peculiar.

Interesting; I love the brushed texture. Also not sure why you would want the cotton to hold a crease; thought this is more geared to less formal wear.
