Speaking specifically about the Garda pants. Tag says machine washable. Do you guys wash cotton before hemming them to account for shrinkage?

Usually I do. Sometimes I don’t though. Just because Im lazy and I hem chinos a little long for break and always have the tailor leave an inch folded over just in case.

Rolled the dice on some mocha tan wool bad boys... Most Epaulet fits are too trim for me I'm hanging my hat on the "relaxed fit".

My Epaulet 34R "Relazed" fit trousers arrived and fit fantastic (Sorry @nickpapagiorgio, these are keepers) - great deal, thanks Spoo!

While I don't think there are any others in that makeup, here's measurements in case it helps anyone:
  • 34" waist, exactly
  • 11.75" rise (from top of pants to seam in crotch)
  • 11.5" thigh (2" below crotch)
  • 8.25" width at hem
I'd buy more if they were there!

Finally got around to checking my mail and trying on the trousers:

1) The garda fit charcoal trousers are amazing - can't wait to get these hemmed up

2) Sadly, the garda olive WWII trousers just aren't for me (these ones). So, if anyone is looking for a size 30 pair of these, send me a note!

Thanks again Spoo!

I received my 8 pair just now and haven't even done more than take them out of the bag.

- Purchases over $500 will include a free gift

What was this, cause I don't think I received mine. I purchased two separate times and they came in two separate shipments, so someone may have failed to see the total was $545 :(

If I were a size 30, I'd be all over these. I have WWII Gardas in 3 colors, including the olive. I view them kind of like a good raw denim in that the heavy cotton can feel a little stiff at first, but it breaks into the body super well. And unlike selvedge, I sped up the process with a few heavy washes and some softener.

And for those of us that are single/renting, a few handfuls of rounded pebbles in the wash gives them some great character ;)
