Korean street address query

Dear Folks:

I am trying to ship something to a guy in Seoul. Paypal/USPS says the street address is too long.

Where do I break it, to put it on two lines?

This is the line:

woorihouse406 102-16 shillim2 kwan-ak-gudong

I live in Seoul and this is how I would format it:

woori house 406
kwanak-gu, shillim-2-dong, 102-16
seoul, korea

There never tends to be any consistency when writing these addresses!

As long as it gets there, I guess.

They're actually switching to a street address based system. I've heard Koreans find it complicated, though. It's kind of like how a lot of "older" Koreans think the "everywhere else in the World" way of calculating age is way too accurate and complicated.
