It's a granulated skin, forgot the name.

Went by the JL store here in Houston to check out the 2020 SC’s in person that Betelgeuse posted. The whole punching is kind of weird on the shoe where it starts and stops around the shoe and isn’t continuous.

I wasn’t planning on buying anything but the sales lady said they have some casual loafers in my size on sale if I was interested. Ended up buying these.
