With @thuper_therious I can't blame him, y'all need to remember that's a jacket he bought for his girl. Imagine you buy something for your significant other and they really love it but it wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Are you really going to say sorry babe I have to return this jacket? My wife would be like wtf and pissed off. I sure as hell wouldn't risk that.
It'd be different if he was buying it for himself. I don't know how any of this can be fixed or anything but I would personally be turned off from buying anymore JE.
