I can’t lie...I love the Folsom thermal, especially compared to the ridiculously oversized raglan thermal, but I hate the T. That ******* loop, only an aretard would let that develop and not immediately cut it off.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve bro. They offered the return option right? do you want them to post a full personalized apology on their IG or something?

With @thuper_therious I can't blame him, y'all need to remember that's a jacket he bought for his girl. Imagine you buy something for your significant other and they really love it but it wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Are you really going to say sorry babe I have to return this jacket? My wife would be like wtf and pissed off. I sure as hell wouldn't risk that.

It'd be different if he was buying it for himself. I don't know how any of this can be fixed or anything but I would personally be turned off from buying anymore JE.

I could understand if it was an entirely different material or cut than what you expected.. but getting this upset by some zippers and a made in USA tag is a little much imo. My Nova Hemi was made in China when I expected it to be USA but guess what? It's still great quality. If I hadn't looked at the tag, I wouldn't even know.

I feel like compensation, even if it was like $15 store credit. The “just return it then” response felt very callous.
