Might be the best place to ask this. If A is NWT and D is poor condition, the majority of pieces I'm looking at on Rakuten are getting a C rating. And the photos don't really give a whole lot away so they usually look pretty perfect to me. What are your experiences, guys?

for kindal, most of the "C" ranked items that I've bought, unless they list specific damage/wear, would usually be 8.5-9.5/10 on grailed. In my experience, they are in very good condition, with very little wear, if any.

I've bought mostly footwear and the ratings are lower than what they should be. Usually, the wear of the heel and sole brings the rating down in my experience. Photos are generally accurate and the store photographs obvious flaws.

Thanks to ZenMarket for their great service. My package came in a while ago and was packed really nicely. Looking forward to use them again since I plan to redo my wardrobe.

Thanks for the reassurance guys. I'm yet to stumble across something that's A or B, so I don't really have much else to work with.

Just wanted to add another, unnecessary, endorsement of Zenmarket service. They contacted a Japan Yahoo Auction seller to relist a jacket that hadn't sold and worked with him to get me the item. Fees were more than reasonable and package same super fast via EMS. Thanks!

That's good to know. I was actually thinking of asking them to do the same thing for a recently ended auction that hasn't been relisted.

how do you guys find things on yahoo japan? the site seems not easily accessible...
Sorry for the delay in answer.

We find things by using search function.
If you use Japanese keywords, it is easy to find what you wish.

Please inform us, if you wish us to find something for you on yahoo japan.

Yes, C rating is usually pretty good.
From D it starts to be somewhat dangerous to buy, at least for personal use.

07. ato

Most famous product

ato seeks to create clothes that symbolize the individual's identity, making each pattern and style believable to the wearer. Solid cutting is used on the designs, aimed in creating a silhouette that awakens the character of the body. Instead of just crating a masculine or feminine line, ato works in creating items from the mind, which in turn brings out the character. This attribute is further applied by giving a name to each pattern, not only for the designer, but so that the modelists and any staff involved in the creation will have a base and an understanding of the special character in each garment, consequently targeting the goal of making the best clothes possible.

Designer: Ato Matumoto

The most famous item in the West from this brand are probably sneakers, because of the video

However, in fact brand creates a large selection of clothes, not only sneakers.

While respecting men’s standard functional wear as in the military, marine, work wear and uniform.
The Haversack collection is designed while keeping in mind the most up-to-date cutting balance and tailoring techniques.
Haversack endeavors to:
- Maintain the ever disappearing vintage wearing ideas and details of that era.
- Time succeeding while keeping in the forefront of innovation.
- Be inspired by vintage clothing but still is being focused on present day trends.

The problem with Japan is that it has got so many great brands that a top 10 doesn't do justice.
But thanks for the post!

There are several sales periods for each four season.
As far as I know, summers have two or three sales - the first sale starts in mid-June and the second one in July. If stores have the third one, it will be at the end of July or so.

Hi all!
Let me introduce an interesting clothing store Ryugi Assaku, which I just found today.
The brand motif comes from Japanese tradition, and I think the design is really cool.

http://www.ryugi-onlineshop.jp/fs/ryugi/Miyabi-musubi/0309963

This polo is their original one. The pocket design is really appealing.

http://www.ryugi-onlineshop.jp/fs/ryugi/Karakuri-tamashii/1824347

Must say, it's too vivid in Japan. How about in your country?

http://www.ryugi-onlineshop.jp/fs/ryugi/0307438

The messages says "Daddy, thank you always."
The face-like mark at the bottom use the Chinese letter "父" and that means "dad". Love the idea!

Check out their website at Ryugi Assaku.
To buy their stuff, copy and paste the link at your account on ZenMarket.
If you have any questions, let us know.
