Anyone know any stockists for Rolling Dub besides Standard and Strange and Butterscotch? Been lusting after Casper, preferably in black horse leather, for a while but no luck finding them anywhere

I’m looking for a pair of John Lofgren Combat Boots in olive cxl size 9 if anyone wants to thin their collection.

Curious if anyone has sizing opinions on JL Combat boots? I see most retailers suggest going 1 size down from Brannock, but I‘ve also seen people suggest going .5 down. I’m a 10 Brannock, 9.5 RW. I had a pair of Viberg 1035 in 9.5 and sold them because they were a tad too big. I could have made them work with thick socks, but felt a 9 would have been a more perfect fit.

I just got a pair of black Caspers in horse in, I ordered them back in June from Footmonkey Japan using a proxy. Took about 3 months to ship, they were listed as a Fall 2022 preorder. Dunno how much stock they still have but worth looking into Japanese stockists if you're certain on your sizing.

I did see Butterscotch also recently post that black caspers are coming soon a while ago so might just need to be patient

I actually lucked out and ordered Caspers in black horse leather from a japanese retailer that shipped to me in around a week and a half.

High instep last, half down from brannock. Its the only Japanese maker I am aware of that has a tall instep.

How did you find the fit? I tried on a pair on CN-S Gary boots last year in the Brass shop and while they fit were more snug than I’d be comfortable with long term.. the gentlemen in the store told me CN was wider and would most likely fit me better. Wanted to get in on the Jodohur MTO, but hesitated lol.
