I was visiting Vancouver, Canada with my cousin and it was raining and we were hungry so we were walking around Robson street for somewhere to eat. all the casual restaurants were really busy so we ended up at Cin Cin (http://www.cincin.net/) , which was a bit more dressier than casual... plus a Saturday night plus some graduation celebrations..... most people were in jackets or dressyish.
