I went there today. I liked the layout and everything, but wasn't about to buy anything. I haven't been much of a J. Crew shopper before and for $80 I can buy a shirt that isn't made in a sweatshop in Mauritius. The knit ties felt like plastic. But the vintage stuff like tie bars and the fact that all the old books on the bookshelves were actually for sale were nice touches.

The irony if they sell more books and other odd items than their actual clothes.

I'm sure many here can't wait till the Thomas Mason shirts go on final sale. Unfortunately, I'm sure J Crew recognizes they will only sell a few of these (hence the very few sizes available).
