One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet - Joel is a true spicy Hot Pot champion. I personally watched him load up a hot pot with more hellish chilli pepper than you could imagine and sweat like a marathon runner while eating. It was quite impressive. Here's a shot of him through the steam:
