its all a matter of preference, if you want jeans to look like that then either a) buy some raw denim and break them in yourself, being patient through the process or b) buy some used RAW denim and continue the process of breaking in the jeans, hopefully getting to that point faster than breaking them in from the start.
If you prefer just a washed look then go for some pre-washed/distressed jeans.
There are some decent prewashed jeans out there, but like what people have been saying here, the fading/breaking-in process of your jeans depends on your lifestyle.
If you're going to be sitting around the house playing video games all day and being lazy then itll take you a lot longer to get to that point.
