i have a variety of fits on my dress pants. some of them run slim and the hems are at 8.5 inches (9.5 inches at knee approx)
some are at 9-9.25 inches at the hem. (10.5 inches at the knee)

i have one pair , a marc jacob pair, flannel virgin wool in light solid grey dress pant, and it is 10.25 inchest at hem AND at the knee. but goes up slim up to the thigh.
it is an amazing pant. the look is very unique and while loose, it fits slim on the upper block so it has a different aesthetic than all my other pants. you got to see it.

A pity that the poster has not shown any pictures of those trousers. As I said, I prefer a wide leg with a slight tapering, flat front, high rise. If I use pleats (one or two), I would avoid too much room, keeping a relatively sleek look in the upper area.

Do You Consider Sustainability When Purchasing Clothes?

  • Always - Sustainability is a top priority in all my clothing purchases.

  • Often - I frequently consider sustainability, but it isn't the main factor in my decisions.

  • Rarely - I seldom consider sustainability when purchasing clothes.

  • Never - Sustainability is not a factor I consider in my clothing choices.
