It did help in the Dead Sea. Otherwise, the waves are what makes it tougher. Powerful lighthouse beams are also challenging for night floating.

My techniques are mostly spirituo-mentalist. I think about a grain of couscous buried in the marroquian desert. I am this grain of couscous, and I'm fighting and fighting to come to the surface. I picture myself moving up. It helps.

i always start sinking immediately. my lower body goes under first, and drags the rest of me down. i always thought it was because i had low body fat, but i became a fatass two years ago and the sinking still happened

kunk, you seem to be a guy who is capable of getting back way ahead. and being a blastshield for your family during harder times.

i love this movie , Where God Left His Shoes , with John Leguizamo. i watched that and it is just what a family does to survive in their own realistic way. feel so blessed after watching it. i highly recommend it
