I'm sorry, my deepest apologies for not working for Singapore Airlines, despite the fact that I do not live in either Singapore or near an airport in the USA that they fly to.

Any further complaints about how terrible the companies I work for are? Just FYI, I work for the actual airport, not any specific airline.
