Help with finding a dress shirt

Looking for a dress shirt with a specific look. I can only describe it as a smooth kind of fabric with a shiny or silky look and feel.

Well I can’t really buy anything through amazon at the moment.. and couldn’t find it anywhere that ships outside the US.
