Why the early well-wishes? I won't be here on 1 January, so I thought I should do it now.

As I mentioned before, I'm going to spend a fair portion of January working on a house-building blitz in rural Zambia with my fiance. ("Rural" in the context of Zambia means basically everything outside of Lusaka, I think.) Before that, we'll spend the 31st and the 1st celebrating with some friends of ours in Jo'burg.

For better or worse, I should be in front of my Powerbook again on the 17th or 18th of January.

Grab all of the cool clearance stuff that you can while I'm away.

Peace,

JG

Best Wishes, Joe.
Thanks. I'm back, and fine except for a horrible bout of JFK-itis, the disease that comes from spending any amount of time in the world's most atrocious airport.

On the plus side, during my trip I picked up a bottle of a Creed edt I'd never tried (Green Valley) in the Bahrain airport for all of 17 dirhams, or ~US$45. I like it almost as much as my bespoke Creed blend. Also got a good look at the Bulgari seven-folders. I'll write more about them when I find where I hid my Powerbook. (I'm on my housemate's Dell right now -- yuck.)

Peace,

JG
