Good Day Everyone!

I am in the market for a new pair of oxfords as my poorly made Ferragamo's are dying their last gasps of life. As with any large purchase I have decided to create a spreadsheet!

My criteria's for creating this spreadsheet would be that the brands on it offer primarily handwelted construction footwear, and an oxford of any kind.

The Starting Prices are for handwelted oxfords I could find anywhere available with a quick Google search. I also set a conversion formula into CAD as Canada is where I am located.

At the moment I have hit a plateau in my findings, but I was hoping the braintrust of Styleforum could help me? If there are any RTW handwelted shoemakers you feel I could add to the list, or even certain column criteria, and formulas I could add or remove to make the sheet cleaner and more sophisticated please tell me!

I am only getting errors/refusing to connect to your Google link, so if it's not on there;

Vass is good. Some of the Chinese shoemakers are also very good. Here's a Robb Report (published a few days ago) talking about a few makers, including our very own Yearn Shoemaker: https://robbreport.com/style/footwear/chinese-luxury-shoes-1234828532/

I think only Yearn (stocked by us) and some Oct Tenth styles are RTW and in stock. If you have the time, its maybe worth looking into the MTO and RTW of the various makes.

The consensus is that hand-welted shoes are labour intensive and value can be had if shoes are made in a region where labour prices are competitive.
