The closest I've seen to that price point at retail was Lodger's April 2010 "Shoe of the Month" for ₤395 (see link below). Unfortunately, as the name suggests, it was a limited edition and is no longer offered for sale, but you might want to make point of checking Lodger's offerings each month to see if they have a new model in green.

I have to admit that I abused you as guinea pigs. The above posted pic is nothing but an exercise in Photoshop that I considered quite successful. But the proof of nail had to be if SF's shoe geeks would detect the fake. The shoes are a simple Beaulieu in Darl Oak. Thanks for your understanding!
