Good cobbler in Philly for topy / sole guard

Thanks for the great info on these boards.
Looking to see if anyone knows of a skilled cobbler in Philadelphia who can do a quality job putting on sole guards (topy / vibram , etc). Checked out Villa's shoe repair off rittenhouse and he wanted $45, seemed steep. Thanks for the recommendations.

$45 is a little steep. The place I use in Manhattan is $35 and does a good job. How many pairs of shoes do you need this done for? If it is just one, you might want to just go ahead and use the $45 guy.
