What do you guys think of these jackets? How do you think they fit? And, can you tell me anything about them? The camel hair one is branded "Chapel Oaks" and the Ultra-suede is "Parkshire Ungers". I can't find anything about those on the net.

Thanks

Looks like the darker one (cant tell the colour of it) is bigger than the beige one. By my tastes, both are too big - although the darker one looks like 1 or 2 sizes too large (Beige one not as bad). Not sure there is much you can do with the shoulders, it appears to me they are about an inch to inch and a half too wide. Tailoring the chest and / or waist region of the jacket could make the piece look a little asymmetrical.

+1

I think it might be a bit difficult to get a sense of how well these jackets fit because you're holding your arm at chest height to take the picture instead of a more neutral position (arms at your sides). That being said, I like the fit of the beige is much better than the fit of the dark green (?) jacket. The beige might be slightly too big in the shoulders and slightly too the sleeves (although it may just be that your shirt sleeves are too short), but I don't think anyone outside of this forum would notice. You could probably wear it as is.

I'm getting the same thing on the dark green (ok, I'm going with that as the color) jacket as Klobber; it's at least one if not two sizes too large and it is most visible in the sleeves and the chest. I would get it tailored and have the chest, waist and sleeves taken in. My mental picture of the tailored dark green jacket doesn't appear to be asymmetrical, but I could be wrong.
