@thewinedown I have a medium field bag (style number 232) with a build tag of 0108. I bought it off someone on FB marketplace last year and have found myself barely using it.

For a bag that is 13 years old, i'd basically consider it "New Old Stock". No tags, but the canvas is as stiff as a new one - the leather is pristine. One of the best older Filson bags I've ever seen. Bought it for a good deal from a buyer on FB marketplace and have barely used it since. Was going to sell it on the Bay but have been too lazy to put it up there.

I mean the "Storm Flap" pretty much settles any disputes before they begin as the Pullman's don't have them. Also I would say despite being a YKK Era, that it appears to be Brown, and maybe even a first edition when the color was officially released. Obviously a Build Tag would sort out any debates. Too bad there isn't one on display. This seller has just so many things going wrong in the title heading alone, namely a No.243 is a Large Pullman and not the XL (No.245). Although I am not at all surprised out of his 1,063 listings, that it's the only Filson item for sale.

Yes it is. Currently serving as a first aid/trauma kit for my hunting dogs. It is always with me in the truck.

Love that family picture. Great use for that bag. I have a couple in tan that I don’t use nearly enough. I love their concept. I need to find one of my interests to which it would apply. Maybe I should use it for my knife sharpening items. Huh. I just thought of that. Regardless, I (or OMG) will have to keep an eye out for an OG version. If I find one priced right, I might add it to the stable.
