Well, if the job is right for you and it works out, you will almost certainly enjoy visiting Santa Barbara. Lovely place.
+1 Had been checking every day to try to catch the re-stock.
To each their own. Just trying to pass on some friendly advice is all.
And I much appreciate it, especially after today's cigar brixton frenzy. Lesson LEARNED.
+1 and now my size is gone. That was unbelievably fast!!
I'm glad I at least got those Carmina shell boots.
No worries. And trust me, I have been burnt many times by waiting only to finally look one more time and ready to pull the trigger only to find my size gone. Like you said, lesson learned...
What I think is in order is a formal review of NYR's early access to these Brixtons. What did he know and when? Was he simply out for his passeggiata and espied the gleam of shell? Has he installed tracking devices on the delivery trucks shuttling between Alden HQ and Epaulet? We demand answers.
Or maybe he was on the preorder.
Actually it was just dumb luck. I showed up about the same time as the UPS guy to pick up some pants. Brooklyn store in the house! (and yup, was a pre-order as well...been paining in the ass Mike and Adele every time I stopped in about the Brixtons.)
For west coast people still on forum:
NWT Size 34 10oz Caramels, so close to buying but already have the Left Field version:
That is my sale. Let me know if anyone has any questions. Also selling a pair of azure linen shorts:
Question to NYR: Do you sell grades to your students to fund your Epaulet addiction?
