Quite possibly the best advice regarding clothes, I think, ever.Just own it. Part of life.
UNIFORM LA CHILLICOTHE WORK JACKET Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Chillicothe Work Jacket is an elevated take on the classic Detroit Work Jacket. Made of ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese canvas, it has been meticulously washed and hand distressed to replicate vintage workwear that’s been worn for years, and available in three colors.
This just dropped today. If you missed out on the preorder, there are some sizes left, but they won't be around for long. Check out the remaining stock here

Guys buy this. I love mine: https://akrikks.com/products/44357
Bought, along with the green t-shirt. Is the pants fabric on the heavier or lighter side? Either way, Thanks for the heads up!

These are regular surplus chinos?
View attachment 1014063 Well this sucks. Some kind of chemical seems to have made its way onto my brown gauze popover. I don’t own bleach and can’t imagine what other chemical it came into contact with. Anybody got recommendations for re-dying, or a lead on where I can find another?
You using any face creams with anti acne agents? Sweat + medicated creams can do this.
Anything with benzoyl peroxide (acne treatment) will do this. Leave-on gels and creams do it, but even if you're using a wash in the shower or at the sink if you don't get it rinsed all the way off it will bleach clothing/bedding. No way to avoid this with benzoyl peroxide aside from making sure it's fully rinsed and not in contact with clothing. May consider switching to a salicylic acid wash to avoid BPO if you happen to be using it.
Who dresses like that?
I don't mean that in a stodgy-#menswear-style-over-fashion-why-isn't-it-still-the-1930s way, either. I'm seriously asking who dresses like that. It looks like a GQ spread from 12 years ago crossed with some mannequins from Forever 21.
Ugliness is a matter of perception and preference, but I just don't see who would wear that among crowds that can afford $2000+ tailoring. It just seems incongrous with everything.
Girocollo sweater and Forio chinos. I'm going to need a better camera, none of the photos I can take does any of this stuff justice.
