Yes, and I've stopped doing best offer because you just get ridiculous offers... even when your item is 30% less than all the other similar ones. And you do realize that his best offer counter/lowest price was less than a 2% drop... I don't think anyone would think they got a "deal" because they got 2% off asking. If anything, it's just frustrating. I would have probably bought it had he not done best offer at all
