Scroll down to report this item > "Counterfeits" > "Potential trademark infringement" > "Counterfeit clothing." Then, when it looks like you've hit a dead end, click "Email us" and it will finish the job.

Don't waste the click reporting it. eBay will do nothing about it. They will only take down an auction if the copyright holder actually contacts them. I have a contact with someone in Zegna trademark protection, as an example, and I email him when I spot a fake Zegna. He then contacts eBay and gets the auction removed. Unless you know someone in Paul Smith, forget about it.
