Yeah! I think Hickey Freeman does not get enough respect around here, primarily because their silhouettes can be on the dowdy side. But if you get one that fits well, they can be great. I just bought this side vented, three roll two (presumably) plaid with windowpane and can't wait for it to arrive:

Ah, that's too bad. Can you wear it 3/2 or is it a real straight 3? It was unclear from the photos and the Hickey Freeman model page seems to imply that you can wear it roll 2. Glad to hear you like the fabric!

I've never experienced a 3B that cannot be steamed or pressed to roll to the 2nd button. It may need to be re-rolled after half a dozen wears, but it usually keeps the roll nicely.

Has anyone experienced anything different?

Why does this mainline Canali have proposta tags? Maybe trying to make a used suit look new, but the tag on the sleeve is also there..

Never seen a Canali Proposta suit with a interior blue canali label. The seller might just have re-attached proposta tags to a used Canali suit, IMO. I could be wrong.

That seems like a stretch, considering the tags have the correct size and color. Why does a Greek seller have Bloomingdales merch, though?

Solid charcoal, true three button, with, as far as I can tell, dark buttons. Looks very severe -- there's no patch pockets, contrasting buttons, interesting pattern, etc. Not that these are requirements; it's just that there's nothing about it that really says "sportcoat."
