Ebay is full of older Dries, but it's not often the best stuff. I think better pieces turn up on Rakuten. You can also check out Yahoo Japan auctions.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to familiarize myself with those sites. Do you have any tips on ensuring authenticity?

Ahh, Dries is one of my absolute favourite designers although the only piece I own currently is this shirt from AW13

Living in Belgium and being able to visit Het Modepaleis in Antwerp is a blessing - so much stock each season that never makes it to online stockists, and the building itself is marvellous.

There's also great opportunity to find second hand Dries pieces in Antwerp.

In Brussels, Stijl on the Dansaert carries Dries and recently expanded to have a separate men's and women's shops. Their stock of SS14 Van Noten is insane - beautiful collection.

SS14 is probably my favourite collection out at the moment. The prints are so captivating and rich especially in person.

I don't, but Dries isn't a brand that's particularly ripe for knockoffs. (At least the men's. Not sure about women's.) The label inside the clothing has changed over time, so be aware of that. But generally what you see on the second-hand market is legit as far as I can tell. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about that.

yeah, the Belle Epoque style is quite cool. as are their window displays. A few photos from Dries' blog below.

also... now that we know you live nearby, you're obliged to report back from HQ on occasion. ;-)

The windows displays are usually p nice. I always make a point of taking crappy phone snaps when I pass by, will try to dig some up to post.

If you guys have any doubts about any pieces this season, don't sleep. The quality and designs in person are insane.

Appreciate all of ya'll that contribute to this thread. Makes for great reading about one of my favorite designers that I wish I could afford.

Went to het modepaleis today - damn, the stockist buys have absolutely nothing on the collection there this season. Too many great pieces.
