The body looks trim enough but the collar doesn't look balanced/proportioned for you.

Next time you do a white collar, ask for the collar band to match the shirt body. Looks better than white on the sides of the tie knot.

High contrast or low, there is a place for both. I prefer the more subtle.

I agree with all of those that like this because the constrast is more subtle than normal.

This is a better contrast, and looks quite good IMO.

A navy tie would accent the contrasting collar more sharply. In this pic the contrast is the dark jacket color and the white collar. The tie washes out the look. Too neutral for the shirt stripes.

Comes closest to explaining the one definite problem - the collar points are too short.

I like the colour/pattern combination. It is subtler that the usual non-white background bodied contrast collar shirts.

But are you really comfortable in such a tight shirt?
