Until I saw the picture, I thought that this was a troll thread...I'm still not convinced that it isn't. That's one of the most ridiculous things that I've ever read. What next?...latex?

^Yes, that makes perfect sense. Wearing leather is just as out there as wearing latex....

As to leatherboy, wearing all that leather doesn't make you anything but poorly dressed. Less is more in leather as in anything else as I'll show you with the two pics below.

Correction: Wearing ALL leather is as out there as wearing latex....fixed that for you.

As far as the denim goes, people will wear anything in fashion shows. As far as denim goes, people will wear anything when they're pop stars....young, hot Britney Spears could wear whatever she wanted.
