Dear Kunk,

I was curious how much you can isolate the areas of the pectoral muscles during workouts. I have heard regular bench pressing leads solely to development of the lower area while incline benching focuses on the upper area. Based on my own experience this seems to be true. Are there exercises to work the interior muscles near the sternum? What would you recommend to get the vaunted "shelf" flat, muscular pecs? Is this all pointless like trying to isolate areas of the abdominals?

This is all also totally pointless since I will never work out enough to get "man boobs" or an admirable "shelf." I've always wondered, though.

i also have issue filling out this area, but closer grip presses seem to work the area. also, try neutral grip dbell presses.

He'd be wasted after the 3rd beer and stomach would implode from all the starch. I had a small turkey burger, grilled gruyere and ham sandwich, jasmine rice with red coconut curry, a margarita, 4 pbrs, a burger from some sketchy guy with a grill outside this bar, and then a bunch of diet soda today. My body isn't really happy with me but it's gonna have to deal.

Dear Kunk,

Which politician would you most like to squeeze to death with those vice-like triceps?
