You consider that low rise? I would put that in the medium range. I'm a little bewildered by the huge (understatement) rise still popular in the US where the belt falls on or above the belly button. I guess in comparison to that, this could be considered low. In my opinion shortening the inside leg by wearing your trousers lower would make your legs look short, as does an overly long jacket, but not the rise.

Three piece, cane, but no tie?!

The lack of tie is a bit off with a three piece. I've never liked it, the negative space a waistcoat creates really needs a tie. It does appear to be DB, curiously enough.

Bowie though, especially of the last decade, has a pretty damn regal bearing. His career has proven that he can look good in almost anything, aside from the Lets Dance period.

just watched this movie last night. Biggest waste of 2 hrs of my life. About the only redeeming factor was that Kid A was part of the soundtrack.
