I might participate in this make up.  My main concern is dialing the right size.  Alden 13d Barrie, Grant 13e both fit well.  Any help on figuring 
out sizing would get me on board.

I'm a 12.5D Barrie, 13E Leydon. All C&J lasts I've tried thus far I'm a UK12E. I would assume you would be a UK12.5E - I've heard that the C&J 335 last is wide. Anyone else chime in?

I strongly prefer medallion but I guess I'm okay without.

I feel this way too - strongly prefer, but to get this boot made would go without if necessary.

Yup, I'm 8.5D Barrie and went 8E UK for the 335 last. 335 is definitely wider than Barrie but I doubt I could have gone down 1 full size from Barrie. C&J's feedback was better too big than too small. If it's too big, they can re-last it and make it smaller but it's not possible to increase the size of the boot.
