I was actually trying to order the Lindrick in dark brown cordovan, but this post is very enticing! Do you mind providing me with a few more pictures?

There’s actually an open order tab for Lindrick in dark brown cordovan on the GMTO interest spreadsheet... and you would make lucky #12!

The sign-up sheet on the Lindricks in brown Shell Cordovan has now reached 12 members! The spreadsheet lists Matthewmttn as the GMTO originator, but I can't find him (or Skelnik) on the chat function... please confirm if you are still interested in the MTO, as we may be able to submit an order...

I am actually considering joining the brown shell Lindrick, just debating about the double leather soles though with all the wet days we have over here.. I btw also already put my name up for the whiskey version, if that ever picks up steam again .

Have one person arrange it all and essentially be the contact for that order.
Firstly double check that everyone is still in. Some of these can sit unfilled for a year or two and people change their minds or acquire shoes and no longer need/want
Once you have 12 confirmed email C&J directly (or a store - I like Canary Wharf) that you have 12 people and confirm price. If it hasn’t changed as often it has to what was listed then your good. If it has increased reconfirm with everyone.
Then the store will take payment from each person individually.
Then wait.

Does C&J do a by request/MTO service a la John Lobb, Eag etc where you can just have one pair made? Or do you need to put in a grand order?

C&J has a special order service that allows you to customize the specs of their shoes yes.The difference with a GMTO (12 pairs minimum) is of course the upcharge, which is quite substantial. Feel free to send an enquiry if you wish to receive a quote for the shoe you had in mind.
