In the interest of improving my health and losing weight, I've decided to go (mostly) vegetarian. This is day five and I feel great: not bloated, not experiencing the post-lunch crash. It's going to be a challenge to maintain this but I want to do so for as long as I can. There will be cheat meals...the occasional bacon cheeseburger, I think. And some fish here and there. But I plan to stick with plants, whole grains, legumes, and limited amounts of eggs and cheese. Consider this official notice of my journey to healthland!
