Not that I've heard of. I have the all black version of those and they seem legit. Some of the stitching on those is different, but I'm not sure if that's because they're different colors/seasons/etc.

Looks exactly the same as my pair from Nomad.
I think the only things that have been faked are Achilles and Desert Boots

If you needed more piece of mind, they look exactly like the pair I purchased from ssense

I never purchased CPs before but I want to get the CP Suede Rubber Soled Dress Shoes .

My normal dress shoe size is a US 10 and sneakers I wear a US 10.5. TBS says to size down. Would a size EU 43 work?

They should unless you have enormously wide feet. Common Projects run long and narrow, so people usually size down when in between sizes.

e.g. I'm a 9.5 on Brannock and take a 42 in CP for a comfortable fit.

I like the 5-hole laceups that are on yoox more than those. I think these are fabric though.

A US 10D (normal width foot) dress shoe would be a CP size 42. I am a US 9D (narrow to normal width foot) dress shoe and wear a CP size 41. But if you have wide feet, that is the reason as jslade mentioned that people will size up. (edit; this sizing advice is for achilles models -- not the rubber soled oxfords. I don't know the sizing - see next page)

For the oxford collection I had to size up to a 43 from my normal CP size of 42.
