Anyone know how training boots fit in relation to the slip-on oxford from a few years back? I'm a perfect 44 in the oxford... I bought training boots in 45 and they are waaay too large, maybe .5"-.7" of extra length in the toe box. Should I go down to 44, or 43?

Yes, this. Exactly this. I want to get another pair at some point, and I'd like to nail the sizing.

when is the new SS11 collection coming out? Need those bball highs...

Can't speak on the BBall highs but some of the SS11 collection should already be available at Kapok and Colette.

I have a size 43 coming, should be here sometime this week. I'll let you know how they fit, though it's getting tough to find training boots... maybe there will be more trainers in ss11?

I like this style. I'd get them if they were a mid.

Anybody know if some version of the training boots are coming back? Those were my favorite style from the last few collections.

Can't say I'm a fan of the 'washed' look. Whoever does decide to indulge in them, please change those laces immediately.

Wasn't sure where to post this, but thought people here might know something. Has anyone heard of chapeau sneakers, they're supposedly made in the same factory as common projects. Anyone know where to buy them?

If im a 43 in MMM GATS what would I generally be in CP's? It looks like 42 with some research but that seems smallish...

i am an 8 (41/42) and i wear a 40 in CPs, so I would recommend go 39, unless your foot is wide...(Achilles low are real narrow)

IIRC correctly we have similarly sized feet and I wear a 40.
At first I thought they were a little too long, but the 39s were just way too narrow in the toe and human feet just aren't really shaped like torpedoes.
I have Rafs, KVAs, and 3 pairs of CPs and they all fit pretty much the same as my size 40 MMMs
I don't know why everyone assumes that the same rules apply for all sizes. (OH HEY I WEAR SIZE 12 NORMALLY BUT I NEED AN 11 IN THIS SO YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO SIZE DOWN FROM 8 TO 7 LOL)
Not to say some people who wear 40 in MMM can't wear 39 in CP, I just hate feet.
And I wouldn't be surprised if those people could fit into 39 MMMs as well....
Anyway, I could BS about this forever so I'm gonna stop.
I would say just find a place with free return shipping, but its hard enough just to find 39s (I know) so maybe you should just get 40s and be done with it, use an insole if you must [IMG]

I've got a question about desert boots, I'm 41 for achilles low, should I choose 41 size for desert boots?

same for me. I have slightly wide feet and they were tight at first but they soften up so much. perfect fit and very comfortable.

You live in NYC? Try both on and see which is more comfortable. I thought this might be useful, [IMG]

    Might not be since I'm a 10.5-11 and a 43 in CPs.
