Tried on a bunch of new season CP's on the weekend.

I am literally all over the place on sizing.

42 - Still too tight though! Mostly in the vamp/front of the foot. Wouldn't want to go to a 43.

42 - Could potentially go a 41.

Basically, if the CP shoe is padded, they are much too tight on me.
Curious. Isn't the 1st show you listed in the 41 a padded shoe, which is the high top version of the one you listed in 42?

jw, because I'm a 42 in MMM and get a 41 in the vintage highs...we'll see when they arrive.

These look really dope, I could see myself getting them as my winter sneaks. Hopefully someone puts up a fit pic on instagram soon

Just got these from totokaelo the other day, great shoes. the tongue is a little longer when worn than it may seem in photos, which I think is great. I pretty much want them in every colorway they stock (white, blue/black, khaki/black) now.

They fit true to size for me, for what it's worth.

i range from a 43-44 depending on the shoe, you're not the only one

Yes, its the same as the one I listed under 42 which didnt fit.

But trying them both on, the high fit fine in 41 and the low, did NOT fit in 42.

Just thought I'd throw in some more info for those curious about sizing; I just picked up the vintage black suede highs from TBS, and went with my normal size in CP (41, down 1 from my true size). They fit fine even with the extra padding. That said, I can squeeze into a size 40 in tournament lows (although, not comfortably, I still have that pair up for sale if someone wants to score some new CPs at a considerable discount). For reference, I'm a 42 in MMM GATS, 41 in Raf Simons.

Really like the vintage highs. The suede is an almost purple-grey and provides a nice contrast to the black leather details. I definitely recommend them if anyone is on the fence.

nice! same size as achilles?

I'm not sure, I haven't owned a pair. They fit pretty true to size though, I would say. I'm a 43 in just about everything, which is what I got in these, and they fit perfect. Very comfortable too.

Ordered my first pair of Vintage Lows..

I wear a 43 in MMM Lows, and a US10 in nikes and jordans.. In another topic I was told a EU42 would be good for CP's (was told they run big).. right decision?

Yes that should be right, unless you have wide feet or a high vamp.

In which case you may not need to size down on padded models.

This is the case for me.

I think thats the case with me. I got my EU42 in today, and its pretty snug.. didn't realize there was a ton of padding on this shoe.

I really really like this cw (@ Mr Porter). I'm glad TBS doesn't stock these or I probably would've copped. And agreed on the longer tongue, I saw someone walking in the pair you have in NYC and the tongue stuck out a bunch. It was a lot more noticeable than on any stock pics I've seen

Nah I'm pretty much a 9D in everything. They are fairly snug in terms of width, moreso than the my bball highs or tournament mids, so if you have wider feet consider trying a size up.
