Actually, that would be a pretty big departure from the way Savile Row tends to be run.

You obviously haven't seen Huntsman's new one-button, notched lapel suit with popped collar and flip-flops.

There is no need to panic.

Moments ago, I got a telephone call about this very topic. The publicist for Vilem B. Haan asked me to assure all Style Forum members that the driving shoes in Haan motoring accessories catalogue are not made by Kenneth Cole Haan. Vilem B. Haan's driving shoes are still made by venerable Industrias Juan Lobb (Zapatos) in Tijuana, Baja California.

Is that Juan Lobb (Santiago)?

no, they are already bought out by Swatch?

yeah, lazy friday, nothing else to do but post cheezy comments.
waddya gonna do about it? Huh?
huh?

The Allen-Edmonds acquisition was no joke now was it? This is no different. The Northampton HQ is refusing to comment a this point besides saying that all shoes ordered during the recent EG sale can now be shipped with a special Cole Haan rubber sole for a small extra charge.

If Nike controls Cole Haan which will control EG and JL, will Michael Jordan get involved, The new signature shoe of the combined operation will of course then be:

Air-Lobbs

Can anyone wait?

It's a joke now. But in twenty years...?

To paraphrase Harrison Salisbury... "I have seen the future and it doesn't fit."
