just so you know, circle boutique off 14th st. is having a re-opening sale/party this weekend with refreshments and 15% off spring/summer collection, there was some sweet band of outsiders stuff when i went, and you can take an extra 50% off all sale merchandise. saturday there's a dj, sunday there's an open mike.

also there will be free thai food and sojutinis (korean-styled martinis).

saturday night iKy clothing is also hosting an event at commander salamander off wisconsin ave. with dj ferry corsten. not sure about sales and whatnot but it seems like a good time.

Hm, the sale announcement is appreciated (though I saw it in Daily Candy) but .. 1) it should be in streetwear and denim, and 2) it.. strangely seems like advertising.

yeah, but its not really spam or anything, because its a notice about a B&M store. so its a hell of lot more legit than the random hong kong/chinese distributor....

Absolutely - just seemed kind of like a shill, and I like the Circle Boutique folks when I went there.

Wow, I really hate that contrived word, "sojutini"... almost as much as I hate the word "saketini"...

What brands do they carry? Are they a big store that would have lots of sizes or do they just get like 2 smalls for something period?

for the record, i don't work there, i'm just a fan of store parties and sales on designer stuff. and if you look at the things they carry, i wouldn't really consider a lot of it "streetwear" since a lot of it is stuff like band of outsiders and hideo wakamatsu that appeals more to readers of gq than complex.
