Cincinnati is already sort of the middle for me as I am in Louisville, KY; I lived in Cincinnati almost my whole life though.

'Cincitucky' does not mean what Why thinks it does (shocking) -- it's the part of the greater Cincinnati area that lies in Kentucky: Newport, Covington, etc. It is chiefly used by Ohio-side Cincinnatians.
