Casual MTM chinos?

Hi, does anyone have recommendations for MTM makers of more casual chinos? Ideally what I'm looking for is something like what Japanese repro brands like Buzz Rickson or Warehouse make (particularly their hefty repro chino cloth), but with the ability to customize fit and a few other details. I've seen a lot of suggestions for more dressy makers, as well as Collaro potentially as a casual option (though I haven't seen any others). Blackhorse Lane came up from reading PS and their product looks exactly like what I'm looking for, except their process requires 3 meetings at their workshop in London over the course of a month and I'm not in London enough to do that. There's also the bespoke option with Whitcomb and Shaftsbury (also covered by Permanent Style), who would be easier to work with for me given their US visits. However, I was hoping to see if there were other options out there that I had missed that don't have the time and expense of bespoke involved

Proper cloth might be able to

Collaro is good although the cloth options usually lean towards the dressy cottons from mills and not the hefty cloth or garment washing you expect from a chino

Decided to go with W&S and met them with LA to place the order and have measurements taken. 1 fitting is required, which we'll do either when I'm in London or on their next trip to the US
