My name is Fran Kim, the sales director for Shoes Fever, an imported shoe selling business carrying fine men’s leather shoes.

Who We Are
Shoes Fever is a brick and mortar store carrying quality men’s shoes in South Korea. We started our business in 2011. In order to share and spread our love and passion for shoes and meet new wonderful customers around the world, we decided to continue our business as an e-commerce store, separating and renaming our off-line store ‘SHOE LIBRARY’ in 2016.

What We Carry
- Carlos Santos :
One of Europe’s leading shoemakers founded in 1942, in Porto, Portugal, the heart of the Portuguese shoemaking industry.

- Maftei :
Bespoke shoemaker founded in 1996 in Vienna, Austria. We are the very first retailer for its RTWs which are made through the same processes in which its bespoke shoes are made entirely by hand.

- NPS :
An English shoemaker founded in 1881 in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.
We are to start carrying NPS shoes in January of 2018.

- John Lakes :
A Portuguese shoemaker founded in 1965 in Arrifana in Portugal.

- John Lakes for SHOE LIBRARY :
Our private label brand in collaboration with John Lakes.

Our goal is and always will be not only to provide our customers with quality shoes at the most affordable and reasonable values that we can possibly offer but also to strive to gain your love and trust.

To be honest, we have been asked to stock bigger sizes by some of our customers.
For Maftei shoes, our customers can actually place an order on a pair via MTO. Of course, they can choose their sizes. Sizes are available from UK 5 to UK 12. The price is the same and free hand-carved lasted shoe trees and free worldwide shippong is valid as well. The leadtime is roughly a month.

Hello. Thank you so much for your welcoming.
We have already been asked to stock larger sizes by many gentlemen. Every shoe that we carry is exclusively made only for us, which takes the shoemakers a certain period(up to 2~3 months) so we can't stock small quantity. However, for Maftei shoes, we can accept MTO orders.
To the gentlemen requesting larger sizes, we have been asking them which models they are interested in so that we can add them to our future order list.

How does John Lakes compare to Carlos Santos in terms of construction and leathers used?

Hello.
The John Lakes shoes that we carry are divided into two lines; goodyear welted and black-stitched construction.
Carlos Santos is surely positioned higher than John Lakes, thus better in materials and build quality. When it comes to leathers, Carlos Santos uses better ones, of course. However, John Lakes also uses quality leathers tanned in renowned French tanneries. John Lakes has long been making shoes for other fashion brands and shoemakers. They make shoes which are such a good value for money, I believe.

Hello, again.
Well, we don't officially offer GMTOs yet on Maftei shoes, however, you can place an order on any of the 4 models that we carry even though we stock the 4 models that can be dispatched from our showroom right away. You can choose the type of leather(calf, grain, suede) as well as your own size. The lead time is about 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
Every pair of our Maftei shoes include hand-carved lasted shoe trees and free worldwide shipping.

I am sorry but we do not plan to stock the full strap loafer at the moment. Every Carlos Santos shoe that we carry is exclusively made for us and we can't stock small quantity. For exclusive models, the lead time is about 2~3 months as well.
