Hnnnnnnng what's the makeup on these EGs?

Grey Utah (it's not grey at all, but a beautiful bronze-brown) and Lavagna suede over Dainite on the 82 last - from Gentlemen's Footwear.

Utah / suede combo is just unbelievably soft and supple. If these were crepe soles I'd feel like I was walking on clouds.

I see so many beautiful boots in the snow that hurts my feet (although I'm guilty as well) that's why they were made for anyway.

These are my winter boots with shearling, in all fairness I don't use them that often as I dont spend that much time outside. I have a pair of loafers at work to change.

Lots of discussion about the ice storm. Ohio was hit hard, as the back up camera demonstrates!
The GS Crimson CXL Diesel boots with rubber soles got the call. So comfortable for a busy day in the office, lots of walking.
Great on wet pavement, which is all we had here as the ground was pretty warm.
The trees on the other hand? Wow!

They look so much better with the flat laces than the leather ones shipped with them.

I'd give this Lof & Tung pair in dark brown Utah very serious consideration:

My "one chukka" would probably be this pair by Enzo Bonafe
