Black Lace-Up boots...

I was thinking about ordering a pair of vass boots in Calf.. The brown lace-ups I have are brilliant.

I'm thinking banana last, black with natural double sole, no speed hooks

Only thing I'm not decided on yet is the natural sole. It sounds good for what I'm into right now, but if these boots are gonna last years, it may be a bit too temporary of an aesthetic.

Well they only offered whole sizes and I'm a 10, so not much to think about. I can let you know when they get here how they fit.

I just got these boots for a pretty price on ebay. I wanted to see what the feelings on them are. I will probably be removing the silly frill on the front of the boot.

I think they could work well as a casual black boot.

I got them for about 45, they were hovering at 25 for the whole auction until the end. I would definitely reccomend using a sniper service like gixen to make sure you get the last bid in. I've also recently been thinking of buying a pair of black justin lace ups. How is the the sizing? Is it true to dress shoe or sneaker size? The measurements in that auction link seems small for a 9.5.
