Outkast BY FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

'Kast is one of the greatest musical groups in history. For *me* they're up there with the Beatles and the Stones.

Wu-Tang has a nice run in the mid-90s but have since faded to oblivion
Mobb Deep has one classic under their belt.
The only NWA album I really enjoy is Niggaz4Life

edit: This is what I get for responding before I have noticed there is a page 2. You are still very optimistic about the Murda Muzik thing (though I can't deny I love some songs on that album)

When Murda Muzik came out I didn't hear another album played in the cars driving by for over a year. Definitly a classic. I think that ATCQ makes a great case but I think Prodigy is a better lyricist than Phife and I do not think Tip was particuliarly lyrical though he obviously had other attributes.

Outside of The Infamous everything from Mobb Deep sounds like the same, neverending song....

nobody in ATCQ is a particularly great lyricist but they have 2 great albums, they made good music

Why aren't The Roots in this poll? I'd take Do You Want More and Things Fall Apart over most hip hop albums

but in terms of total package, relevance and ability to move forward with the times, Outkast is untouchable.

I've never known anyone to consider Hell on Earth and Murda Muzik classics.

I think Tribe has three great albums.

"The Blast" is one of the best beats ever

but i think i like the 50 Cent mixtape cover of that song better than the original.
