Buckle looks a bit cheap, it's just me because I wore such belts 10-15 years ago ;) Simpler buckle would make that outfit lot more classy, the pink shirt is flashy enough in my opinion (I like it though).

For deer bones for cordovan shoes do you need one for every color or can one be share between all the colors ?(black, boro, and brown)
Same question for the designated dirt horse hair brush one for each color or just use the same one for all?

Hello,

I have two MTM nehru jackets, which I had made for my Dad's wedding in India. One black velvet, and one in a creamy/beige linen.

Any advice on what to wear with it?

I wore the velvet with a white shirt and cream trousers, I found the lightness of the trousers paired with both the nature of the jacket (no lapels) and a tucked shirt drew too much attention to the hips.

If anyone doesn't know what a nehru jacket is, http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gwNLXiJiv6o/TsdlBOfpZDI/AAAAAAAABHM/oIuqBOyHZZI/s400/Nehru.png

Mine is however, a little more fitted in the arms.

I was very excited and I just received my order of suits 1 navy showdown striped made in Italy Brooks Brother 1818 38R Fitzgeral

1 38R Lubiam black pinstripe made in Italy suit

1 J. Lindenburg almost black sports coat with leather detailing 38R.

I took them to my tailor and he said to return all of them due to fit. I am very slim and the suits not so much. I am 4'10 142 31

After this discouraging time do you have any suggestions of suits and what do you think about his opinions?

Is anyone interested in the suits before I return them?

Pictures will be posted soon.

Thank you

Hi I have had the waist taken in on this shirt by a tailor and I've just noticed that the back of my shirt looks like this. Is my shirt supposed to look like this after a waist alteration?

This doesn't make my shirt look "odd" does it?

Nah. It's pretty inevitable on any slim fit shirt with a pattern. There's different ways to take it in, like darting or at the side seam, or a box pleat like you have here, but they're all going to end up with any straight lines curving at some point.
