anyone been able to place an order recently? I've been calling all week to talk about sending in a tracing and have left 2 messages and haven't heard anything. Their facebook page has some pretty irate messages on it and someone talking about someone getting sick at the company.

i was able to get in touch w/them in Apr/May this year, sent a pair for resole and ordered a new pair, but have not heard back since. was quoted 3wk turn around on the resole, got a delivery confirmation that they rec'd them 5/22, they cashed my check 6/8, but do not have my shoes back. the new pair was ordered end of May and was quoted 7wk turn around, they have not charged my card for those yet.

hoping they're on vacation or something temporary, would hate to have my fav shoes (and some ca$h) gone forever

Wanted to bring this one back to life on the subject of the crepe resole. Has anyone actually successfully had a new crepe sole put on? Which cobbler did you use? From what I understand, it's difficult and takes the right machinery, but it is possible. Thanks.

Have a pair of double-soled ring mocs I got a couple of years ago, love them to death. Anyone know where Arrow orders their leather from? It's incredible & I'd love a batch to work on for my own projects
